Mutares SE & Co. Mutares actively supports its portfolio companies with its own investment and operations teams and through strategic add-on acquisitions. The focus is on companies with revenues ranging from EUR 100 million to EUR 750 million, across various industries. Your Tasks

• Collaborate with deal teams to review and negotiate insurance-related terms in purchase agreements

• Develop and implement insurance strategies to mitigate risks and enhance value creation opportunities throughout the investment lifecycle

• Coordinate with insurance brokers, underwriters, and carriers to secure appropriate insurance coverage for portfolio companies

• Support in the administration/renewal of insurance policies of Mutares Holding

Your Profile

• Successfully completed an apprenticeship or a Bachelor´s degree in the field of Insurance, Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration or similar with outstanding results

• At least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on insurance brokerage, underwriting, or risk management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach

• Strong understanding of insurance products and coverage types to conduct insurance due diligence and negotiate insurance terms in the context of M&A transactions and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Business fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate in a well-structured and concise manner

• Willingness to travel up to 20% and to work in an international environment
