The Office Manager ensures smooth daily operations, coordinates administration, and supports teams to maintain a productive, well‑organized office in a fast‑paced environment.

KGaA, Munich (www.mutares.com), as a listed private equity holding company, acquires medium-sized companies in special situations, which show significant operational improvement potential and are sold again after undergoing a repositioning and stabilization process. Mutares actively supports its portfolio companies with its own investment and operations teams and through strategic add-on acquisitions. Your Tasks
Ensure alignment of administrative policies with HQ standards and local regulations
Manage office operations, facilities, vendors, budgets, and day‑to‑day administration
Oversee office setup and infrastructure, including leasing, renovations, and IT coordination
Handle financial administration, payments, and expense controls
Support HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and cross‑departmental administrative needs
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role
Friendly and approachable demeanor with a professional appearance and a strong service-oriented mindset
Knowledge of labor law and HR administrative processes is a plus
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Business fluency in English, with the ability to communicate with a high level of discretion and professionalism
